Ranking

Disclaimer

As we turn another page in our trading diary from sunny Sardinia, it’s time to delve into this week’s portfolio update. Over the past 93 days, the S&P 500 has hovered above its 200-day moving average, allowing us to keep our momentum-driven strategy, as guided by Andreas Clenow’s ‘Stocks On The Move,’ rolling. With a cash share of just 1.35%, we are currently almost fully invested, signaling our confidence in the ongoing market conditions.

Vacation

This week, we’ve welcomed ALAB, PSIX, and RDDT to our portfolio. ALAB adds a fresh energy with its niche in biotechnology, PSIX impresses with its recent uptick in power solutions technology making it our best performer with a gain of +21.80%, while RDDT strengthens our tech presence, riding the digital content wave. On the other side, we’ve exited our positions in JBL, VRT, and VSTthese stocks no longer align with our top momentum ranking criteria. We have also added to our existing positions in AMD, EL, and MEDP, showing particular strength in their respective fields. Conversely, our holding in WDC was trimmed to maintain optimal balance.

Our portfolio continues to be tech-heavy, underscoring the sector’s dynamic growth potential and resilience. Our top holdingsFLEX, MEDP, and NVDAreflect a diverse range of industries, each bringing unique attributes to the table. However, not all stories were of success; AVGO stood out as our worst performer, dipping by -5.69%. Meanwhile, the Barron’s 400 Index overhaul has expanded our universe, supplementing our portfolio with 174 new opportunities from the S&P500 and S&P400.

We’re excited to hear what you think of our latest shift in strategy. Feel free to share your thoughts and questions in the comments below.
