There were no new trades in this week
Every stock in this week’s ranking (week 42), not just the ones we bought or sold, is here.

This week, our momentum investing strategy, grounded in the adjusted sloep method popularized by Andreas Clenow in ‘Stocks on the Move’, continues to steer us toward optimal performance. With the S&P 500 remaining above its 200-day moving average for an impressive 132 days, we’re in a healthy market regime that supports our approach. As our cash share sits at a low 0.8%, we’re fully invested, maximizing our exposure to thriving trends.
For the second week in a row, we found that all our holdings remained comfortably in the top 20% of the ranking. This meant that there were no new buys or sells. None of our stocks triggered sell conditions, as none traded below their 100-day moving average nor fell out of the top 10% of our ranking. It’s a testament to our strategy’s strength and consistency.
As we examine our portfolio’s performance this week, we celebrate Healthcare as our top-performing sector. Healthcare often plays a defensive role in portfolios, offering stability and potential growth. This week, the sector contributed significantly to our gains. Although PK, HAE, and HALO represent our top holdings, diverse insights from across industries keep our approach balanced. Among our winners were HAE, which surged by 16.6%, VEEV, up by 8.2%, and OKTA, gaining 7.4%. On the downside, CRWD dipped by 2.6%, and PK slid off by 2.3%.
Overall, our portfolio returned 4.2% for the week, outpacing the SPY’s 1.1% rise with a clear edge of +3.2 percentage points. Currently, our model favors stocks like MRNA, PBF, VEEV, MPC, suggesting areas we might explore further investments.
